一、定义

（一）我们的产品/服务： 包括但不限于古德温体育网站、iOS、安卓和鸿蒙移动应用（以下简称"古德温体育APP"）、微信小程序、公众号，我们基于上述平台提供的各类免费或收费服务、以及其他与上述平台相关的服务（例如平台内的广告服务、以及《隐私政策》第八条提到的"第三方服务"等）。

（二）个人信息： 是指以电子或者其他方式记录的与已识别或者可识别的自然人有关的各种信息，不包括匿名化处理后的信息。 我们的产品/服务中涉及的个人信息包括：个人身份信息（真实姓名、身份证件类型、证件号码）； 账号基本信息（手机号、电子邮箱、头像、昵称、关联的第三方账号）； 个人虚拟财产信息（交易和消费记录、金币、卡券道具、古德温体育会员等级、会员时限），以及可能涉及到的部分用户的 收件及联系信息（收件人姓名、收件地址、联系电话）。

（三）敏感个人信息： 是指一旦泄露或者非法使用，容易导致自然人的人格尊严受到侵害或者人身、财产安全受到危害的个人信息，包括生物识别、宗教信仰、特定身份、医疗健康、金融账户、行踪轨迹等信息，以及不满十四周岁未成年人的个人信息。 我们的产品/服务中涉及的敏感个人信息包括：生物识别信息（人脸识别信息，仅有提供有关服务的第三方服务商收集和使用该等信息，古德温体育本身不收集、不使用、不存储）、金融账户信息（银行卡号、卡片有效期、CVV2、银行卡预留手机号；请注意， 在古德温体育的支付功能中，提供支付功能的第三方服务商收集和使用这些个人信息，古德温体育本身不收集、不使用、不存储）。

（四）SDK，全称是 Software Development Kit（即软件开发工具包），系一组由软件供应商或平台方提供的、用于帮助开发者快速集成特定功能或服务的开发工具集合。它通常包含代码库、API 接口、文档、示例代码、调试工具等，旨在简化开发流程，使第三方开发者能够更高效地在自己的应用中使用某项技术或服务。常见的SDK类型包括广告类SDK、数据分析SDK、第三方社交平台登录SDK、支付类SDK、安全类SDK、定位类SDK等。

（五）网络信息：反映您使用我们的产品/服务所依赖的网络服务的基本信息， 包括WLAN接入点、基站、IP地址、接入网络的方式、网络质量数据、移动网络运营商信息等。

（六）设备信息：您访问我们的产品/服务所使用设备的软硬件参数信息， 包括硬件型号、设备MAC地址、操作系统类型、浏览器类型、软件列表、设备传感器数据（加速传感器）、唯一设备识别码（如Android ID/IMEI/IDFA在内的描述个人常用设备基本情况的信息）。以上设备信息 无法单独用于识别您的身份。 如果我们将以上信息与其他信息结合用于识别您的身份，或者将其与个人信息结合使用，则在结合使用期间，以上信息将被视为个人信息，除取得您授权或法律法规另有规定外，我们会将收集、使用的以上设备信息进行去标识化处理，确保不与您的真实身份直接关联。

（七）地理位置信息： 反映设备所在位置的有关信息，包括通过GPS信息、WLAN接入点、蓝牙和基站等信息获取到的 精确地理位置信息 及通过其他网络信息（例如IP地址）获取的 大致地理位置信息。我们的产品/服务不会直接收集您的行踪轨迹，也不会使用上述地理位置信息组合形成您的行踪轨迹。

（八）未成年人： 不满十八周岁的自然人为未成年人。十六周岁以上的未成年人，以自己的劳动收入为主要生活来源的，视为完全民事行为能力人。

（九）儿童： 指不满十四周岁的未成年人。

二、我们如何收集和使用您的个人信息

（一）您须授权我们搜集和使用您个人信息的情形

我们的产品/服务包括一些核心功能，包括平台的注册登录与账号管理、资讯浏览（赛事信息、数据与其他资讯）、信息发布（社区、专家号、互动档期）、互动交流（聊天室）、应用内消费，以及改进我们的产品与/或服务所必须的功能、保障交易安全所必须的功能。 为实现上述功能，我们将基于您的授权同意，收集和使用一些您的个人信息。如果您拒绝提供相关个人信息或授权同意我们获得相关个人信息，您可能将无法使用部分产品与/服务的功能。这些功能包括：

1. 注册

若您想使用我们的产品/服务，您首先需要注册一个古德温体育账号。注册时，您需要向我们提供以下 注册信息：您的手机号码、您拟设置的古德温体育账号密码。 注册完成后，您的账号昵称默认为空。您可以补充或修改您的 头像、账号昵称、手机号码、电子邮箱地址， 这些信息均属于您的 账户信息。 您注册古德温体育账号，并提供上述信息，将有助于我们为您提供完整的产品体验。但如果您不注册账号，将不会影响您使用古德温体育的基本功能（比分、资讯、数据浏览）。另外，您在上传/更换头像时，我们会请求您的相机权限、相册读、写权限/存储权限，并收集您上传/更换的图片。

若您通过个人微信账号、QQ账号完成古德温体育的注册，平台将跳转到相关页面，并请求您对我们的产品/服务中集成的第三方SDK收集、使用您有关的个人信息进行授权确认，具体详情，请参见"八、第三方服务"。同时，您授权我们获取您登录的该第三方账号下的相关信息（例如昵称、头像等，具体以您向该第三方提供的授权内容为准），用于与古德温体育账号绑定，使您可以直接登录并使用我们的产品/服务。

2. 实名认证

依照国家有关法律法规的要求，我们作为古德温体育平台运营者，有义务履行账号实名制，以及网络信息内容管理与生态治理的法定要求，例如：

1. 《中华人民共和国网络安全法》第二十四条：网络运营者为用户办理网络接入、域名注册服务,办理固定电话、移动电话等入网手续，或者为用户提供信息发布、即时通讯等服务，在与用户签订协议或者确认提供服务时，应当 要求用户提供真实身份信息。 用户不提供真实身份信息的，网络运营者不得为其提供相关服务。
2. 《互联网用户账号信息管理规定》第九条：互联网信息服务提供者为互联网用户提供信息发布、即时通讯等服务的，应当对申请注册相关账号信息的用户进行 基于移动电话号码、身份证件号码或者统一社会信用代码等方式的真实身份信息认证。 用户不提供真实身份信息，或者冒用组织机构、他人身份信息进行虚假注册的，不得为其提供相关服务。
3. 《互联网用户公众账号信息服务管理规定》第八条：公众账号信息服务平台应当采取复合验证等措施，对申请注册公众账号的互联网用户进行 基于移动电话号码、居民身份证号码或者统一社会信用代码等方式的真实身份信息认证， 提高认证准确率。用户不提供真实身份信息的，或者冒用组织机构、他人真实身份信息进行虚假注册的，不得为其提供相关服务。
4. 《互联网论坛社区服务管理规定》第八条：互联网论坛社区服务提供者应当按照"后台实名、前台自愿"的原则，要求用户 通过真实身份信息认证后注册账号，并对版块发起者和管理者实施真实身份信息备案、定期核验等。 用户不提供真实身份信息的，互联网论坛社区服务提供者不得为其提供信息发布服务。

因此，您在使用以下特定功能前，需要进行实名认证：

1. 您针对资讯下方进行评论或回复他人评论；
2. 您在社区的帖子下方进行评论或回复他人评论；
3. 您通过聊天室与其他用户进行互动交流；
4. 您通过社区/专家号/互动档期进行信息、预测方案的发布；
5. 您通过我们的平台购买个人虚拟财产，用于兑换平台内产品或服务；
6. 您对社区/专家号中提供预测方案的作者进行支持；
7. 其他依法需要履行实名义务的功能、产品或场景。

当您第一次使用前述特定功能前，您需要按照系统提示提供您的 个人身份信息与实名手机号码， 且您的输入将视为您同意我们自行或委托第三方向合法的、有资质的有关机构（如个人征信机构、政府机构等）提供、查询、核对您的身份真实性。如果您不提供个人身份信息，我们将不能向您提供上述功能。

3. 资讯浏览

您可以通过搜索框来精准地找到您所需要的资讯或信息。我们会保留您的 历史搜索 内容以方便您重复输入或为您展示与您搜索内容相关联的咨讯或服务。您使用搜索功能时，可以选择调取您的设备的"剪贴板"上最近一次的复制信息，以便为您在搜索栏中快速输入您所需要的内容。 请您放心，我们仅会对您的剪贴板最近一次复制的信息进行展示，不会收集您的"剪贴板"中其他信息。

4. 信息发布

（1）您通过社区、专家号、互动档期及资讯评论功能进行内容发布、评论、回复时，我们将收集您发布的内容，并展示您的昵称、头像、发布内容、发布时间。

（2）您在以上功能中进行图片、音频的发布时，我们会以 弹窗 形式请求您授权设备的相机权限、相册读、写权限/存储权限、麦克风权限，以便我们获取您要用于发布的图片和音视频。您如果拒绝授权提供有关权限，将无法使用信息发布功能，但不影响您正常使用古德温体育的其他功能。

5. 互动交流

您通过聊天室、互动档期参与互动交流时，我们将收集您发布的信息，并展示您的昵称、头像、发布内容、会员等级。

6. 应用内消费

（1）下单

当您准备通过古德温体育购买特定的虚拟财产（古德温体育币、金币、会员）时，古德温体育系统会生成您购买有关虚拟财产的订单弹窗。该弹窗中会载明 类型、您应支付的金额及可使用的支付方式。

上述所有信息构成您的 "订单信息" ,我们将结合使用您的个人身份信息及您的订单信息，来为您提供身份核验、交易确认、支付结算、订单查询等服务，以及提供客服咨询与售后服务；我们还会使用您的订单信息来判断您的交易是否存在异常，以保护您的交易安全。

（2）支付

【针对Android用户】在您下单后，您可以选择与古德温体育合作的第三方支付机构"支付宝"或"易宝支付"所提供的支付服务。若您选择使用"支付宝"，其支付功能本身并不收集您的个人信息，但我们需要将您的 古德温体育订单号 与 交易金额 信息与支付宝平台共享以实现其确认您的支付指令并完成支付。若您选择使用"易宝支付"，您需要在其界面自行向易宝支付平台提供您的金融账户信息（包括银行卡号、卡片有效期、CVV2、银行卡预留手机号）， 古德温体育不收集这些信息。

【针对iOS用户】在iOS系统的古德温体育客户端中，您必须使用IAP支付机制（即In-App Purchase）购买产品或服务。您应当在您个人的iOS设备上使用您常用的Apple ID进行操作，以确保交易的安全性。我们会收集您使用IAP支付的 交易凭证 和 收费凭证 ，以确认交易状态及解决售后争议。 请注意， iOS与其他系统类型的设备之间的古德温体育币、金币、卡券道具、会员等虚拟资产是独立计算且不互通的。您使用iOS设备登录古德温体育客户端购买的相关虚拟资产，只能在iOS设备上使用。

【针对HarmonyOS用户】在您下单后，您可以选择与古德温体育合作的第三方支付机构"支付宝"或"易宝支付"所提供的支付服务。若您选择使用"支付宝"，其支付功能本身并不收集您的个人信息，但我们需要将您的 古德温体育订单号 与 交易金额 信息与支付宝平台共享以实现其确认您的支付指令并完成支付。若您选择使用"易宝支付"，您需要在其界面自行向易宝支付平台提供您的金融账户信息（包括银行卡号、卡片有效期、CVV2、银行卡预留手机号）， 古德温体育不收集这些信息。

（3）交付产品

在当您下单并选择在线完成支付后，我们将进行订单的交付。您知晓并同意我们将会在上述环节内使用您的 订单信息 以保证您的购买的虚拟财产能够安全完成交付。

（4）实物奖励发放

当您在古德温体育的产品及服务中获得实物奖励，并决定通过邮寄方式接收时，您需要提供收货人姓名、收货地址及收货人联系电话；对于部分特殊类型的商品或服务，您还需提供该商品或服务所必需的其他信息。我们收集这些信息旨在帮助您顺利完成奖品认领及实现其他明确告知的目的。

为向您提供进度查询与争议解决服务，我们需要及时获悉并确认交付进度及状态，您同意我们可自物流服务的提供主体（包括快递公司及其他参与商品/服务交付的第三方）处收集与交付进度相关的信息。

您可以指定他人代收古德温体育提供的实物奖品，但您需要提供该实际收货人的前述个人信息，并确保已与该实际收货人沟通并获得其同意。

为便于您了解、查询并对地址信息进行管理，我们会收集您在使用我们服务过程中产生的地址信息用于向您展示。您可以通过"站内信-我的地址"查看和管理您的地址信息。

（5）客服与售后

我们的电话/在线客服在服务过程和售后服务会使用您的 账户信息 和 订单信息。

为保证您的账号安全，我们的电话客服和在线客服会使用您的 账户信息 以核验您的身份。当您需要我们提供售前咨询或者与您订单信息相关的客服与售后服务时，我们将会查询您的 访问记录 或者 订单信息 。您有可能会在与我们的客服人员沟通时，提供给出上述信息外的其他信息。

当您与我们联系时，我们可能会 保存与您的通信/通话记录和内容，或您留下的联系方式及相关信息， 以便与您联系或帮助您解决问题，或记录相关问题的处理方案及结果。

7. 向您推送产品/服务本身所需的通知和消息

我们可能在必需时（例如当我们由于系统维护而暂停某一单项服务、变更、终止提供某一单项服务时）向您发出与服务有关的通知；我们也可能通过移动设备系统推送内容等通知。 我们与以下第三方平台就推送通知和信息功能展开合作：

1. 友盟和Bugly 主要是用于统计和错误日志收集，帮助用户在闪退的时候能够进行问题的判别以及处理问题。
2. 极光推送（JPush） 主要是推送服务，根据用户对于产品本身所需求提供的通知服务给予基础辅助。

关于古德温体育合作的第三方服务收集、使用您个人信息的内容、范围与目的，具体请详见"八、第三方服务"。

如您不希望继续接收我们推送的通知或消息，您可通过古德温体育APP的"我的-设置-通知设置"停止向我们提供有关推送功能的授权。

8. 推荐广告展示

为了实现广告内容的精准推送和优化展示，我们会收集您的设备信息、日志信息、网络信息，以及我们通过我们的第三方合作伙伴获间接获取的您在第三方平台的一些信息，用于提取您的偏好特征，为您匹配相应的商业广告。在向您进行广告推荐的过程中，我们努力运用先进技术，妥善保护您的个人信息。我们会采用去标识化技术和基于机器学习、模型预测等的智能算法，保障整个广告推荐过程中不需要识别您个人身份。我们的广告合作伙伴只能查看广告效果相关信息，无法识别您的身份。在古德温体育APP中，您可以通过"我的-设置-推荐广告展示"功能关闭推荐广告推送功能。

9. 为您提供安全保障

为提高您使用我们公司、合作伙伴提供服务的安全性，保护您或其他用户或公众的人身财产安全免遭侵害，更好地预防钓鱼网站、欺诈、网络漏洞、计算机病毒、网络攻击、网络侵入等安全风险，更准确地识别违反法律法规或古德温体育相关协议规则的情况。我们可能使用或整合我们所收集的您的 设备信息、网络信息， 综合判断您账号安全及交易风险、进行身份验证、检测及防范安全事件，并依法采取必要的记录、审计、分析、处置措施。

10. 改进我们的服务

若您向我们反馈您使用古德温体育过程中遇到的问题，经您同意，我们可能会收集您设备信息中 "最近的错误日志" 、并向您获取访问相册读、写权限/存储权限以获取截图信息，我们将通过您的反馈发现产品问题，对古德温体育进行改进和优化。

为了保障软件与服务的稳定运行，更准确定位并解决您在使用软件时遇到的问题，改进及优化软件的服务体验，保障您的账号安全，我们会收集您的硬件型号、操作系统版本号、设备序列号、国际移动设备识别码（IMEI）、国际移动用户识别码（IMSI）、设备应用安装列表、SD卡数据、剪切板、独立设备标识符（Android ID/IDFA/OpenUDID/GUID/OAID)。

为了实现开屏广告摇一摇功能，我们会收集您的设备传感器数据（加速传感器）。

11. 找回账号、修改手机号

若您需要找回过往使用的古德温体育账号，经您同意，我们会将您的实名手机号码与人脸识别信息用于向合法的、有资质的合作方服务商验证您的身份。 在此过程中，我们会收集人脸识别的验证结果，但不会收集、存储您的人脸识别信息。 若您需要修改古德温体育账号绑定的手机号，经您同意，我们会收集您的手机号信息（包括账号绑定的原手机号与拟修改的新手机号），用于向合作方服务商验证您的身份。若您的账号绑定的原手机号目前无法使用，为了防止不法分子利用该功能盗取您的账号，经您同意，我们将会您的人脸识别信息用于向合作方服务商验证您的身份。 在此过程中，我们会收集人脸识别的验证结果，但不会收集、存储您的人脸识别信息。

12. 注销账号

若您需要注销您的古德温体育账号，您可以通过古德温体育APP"我的-设置-账号与安全-账号注销"实施。有关注销的流程和操作说明、风险提示，请参见"账号注销"流程中的《注销风险说明》。为了防止不法分子利用该功能侵害您的权益，经您同意，我们会将您的个人身份信息和人脸识别信息用于向合作方服务商验证您的身份。 在此过程中，我们会收集人脸识别的验证结果，但不会收集、存储您的人脸识别信息。

13. 其他用途

请您注意，如果我们要将您的个人信息用于《隐私政策》中未载明的其他用途或额外收集《隐私政策》中未提及的您的其他个人信息，我们将以合理的方式（包括但不限于通过更新《隐私政策》、重新签署文件、页面提示、弹窗、站内信、邮件、网站公告或其他便于您获知的方式）另行向您详细说明对应信息的收集、使用目的、方式、范围等规则，在征得您的授权同意后收集和使用。一旦您同意，该等额外用途将视为《隐私政策》的一部分，该等额外个人信息的保护规则也将适用《隐私政策》。

14. 游客模式

如果您拒绝提供相关个人信息或授权同意我们获得相关个人信息，您可能将无法使用我们的产品/服务的上述功能，而只能使用平台的"游客模式"，即，您只能访问部分公开的赛事资讯。若您想要使用上述完整的平台功能，您可以通过"游客模式"的页面提示，授权同意我们处理您的个人信息。

（二）您可自主选择提供设备权限的情形

为提升您的使用体验，我们可能会基于您授权的移动设备操作系统相关权限来收集和使用您的个人信息。如果您不提供相关授权，您依然可以使用资讯浏览服务，但无法使用部分信息发布与互动交流服务。

1. 对于使用安卓系统的用户

您在使用古德温体育时，古德温体育可能获取您终端设备的如下权限：

1. 我们需要您的同意才能获得并使用 存储权限 ，包括设备内存和SD卡的读取和写入（ 目的： 您在申请专家号发布权限，修改古德温体育账号头像，修改专家号头像，使用聊天室、社区发帖、互动档期、咨询客服时上传、保存图片使用）
2. 我们需要您的同意才能获得并使用 设备信息权限 ，包括获得设备ID（Android ID、OAID进程内获取一次）信息和手机号信息（ 目的： 正常接收古德温体育推送的赛事信息、资讯等内容；用于广告用途）
3. 我们需要您的同意才能获得并使用 相机权限 （ 目的： 拍照上传照片时使用，用于发帖及设置头像；咨询客服时发送图片信息）
4. 系统将默认允许古德温体育获得 网络连接权限 （ 目的： 与古德温体育服务器正常连接，获取数据）
5. 我们需要您的同意才能获得并使用 麦克风权限 （ 目的： 咨询客服时发送语音信息）
6. 系统将默认允许古德温体育 获取网络信息状态权限 ，如当前的网络连接是否有效（ 目的： 检测网络状态运行环境，确保用户使用APP的所有功能正常）
7. 系统将默认允许程序 获取当前WIFI接入的状态以及WLAN热点的信息 （ 目的： 检测无线网络的运行环境，确保用户在无线网络下正常使用古德温体育所有功能）

2. 对于使用iOS系统的用户

您在使用古德温体育时，本软件可能获取您终端设备的如下权限：

1. 我们需要您的同意才能使用访问 相册读、写权限 （ 目的： 您在申请专家号发布权限，修改古德温体育账号头像，修改专家号头像，使用聊天室、社区发帖、互动档期时上传、保存图片使用）
2. 我们需要您的同意才能使用 相机权限 （ 目的： 拍照上传照片时使用，用于发帖及设置头像）
3. 我们需要您的同意才能使用 通知权限 （ 目的： 正常接收古德温体育推送的赛事信息、资讯等内容）
4. 系统将默认允许古德温体育获取 设备系统时间 （ 目的： 与古德温体育服务器时间校对，提高数据准确性）
5. 若您使用的iOS系统版本为10.0及以上，我们需要您的同意才能获取网络信息权限；若您使用的iOS系统版本为10.0以下系统，系统将默认允许古德温体育获取网络信息权限（ 目的： 检测网络状态运行环境，如确认当前的网络连接是否有效，确保用户使用古德温体育的所有功能正常等）
6. 系统将默认允许古德温体育在手机屏幕关闭后 后台进程仍可运行 （ 目的： 在息屏的情况下保持古德温体育正常运作，您可在系统设置中关闭）

3. 对于使用HarmonyOS系统的用户

1. 我们需要您的同意才能获得并使用 存储权限 ，包括设备内存和SD卡的读取和写入（ 目的： 您在申请专家号发布权限，修改古德温体育账号头像，修改专家号头像，使用聊天室、社区发帖、互动档期、咨询客服时上传、保存图片使用）
2. 我们需要您的同意才能获得并使用 设备信息权限 ，包括获得设备ID（OAID进程内获取一次）信息和手机号信息（ 目的： 正常接收古德温体育推送的赛事信息、资讯等内容；用于广告用途）
3. 我们需要您的同意才能获得并使用 相机权限 （ 目的： 拍照上传照片时使用，用于发帖及设置头像；咨询客服时发送图片信息）
4. 系统将默认允许古德温体育获得 网络连接权限 （ 目的： 与古德温体育服务器正常连接，获取数据）
5. 我们需要您的同意才能获得并使用 麦克风权限 （ 目的： 咨询客服时发送语音信息）
6. 系统将默认允许古德温体育 获取网络信息状态权限 ，如当前的网络连接是否有效（ 目的： 检测网络状态运行环境，确保用户使用APP的所有功能正常）
7. 系统将默认允许程序 获取当前WIFI接入的状态以及WLAN热点的信息 （ 目的： 检测无线网络的运行环境，确保用户在无线网络下正常使用古德温体育所有功能）

（三）征得授权同意的例外

根据相关法律法规规定，以下情形中收集您的信息无需征得您的授权同意：

1. 与国家安全、国防安全有关的；
2. 与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益有关的；
3. 与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等有关的；
4. 出于维护信息主体或其他个人的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到您本人同意的；
5. 所收集的信息是您自行向社会公众公开的；
6. 从合法公开披露的信息中收集信息的，如合法的新闻报道、政府信息公开等渠道；
7. 根据您的要求签订合同所必需的；
8. 用于维护古德温体育的安全稳定运行所必需的，例如发现、处置产品或服务的故障；
9. 法律法规规定的其他情形。

三、我们如何使用COOKIES或同类技术

（一）什么是COOKIES或同类技术

COOKIES或同类技术是互联网中普遍使用的技术。当您使用古德温体育时，我们可能会使用相关技术向您的设备发送一个或多个COOKIES或匿名标识符，以收集和存储您访问、使用我们的产品/服务时的信息，包括您访问网站的习惯、您的浏览信息、您的账号信息。

（二）使用COOKIES或同类技术的目的

通过使用COOKIES，我们向用户提供简单易行并富特色的网络体验。一个COOKIES是少量的数据，它们从一个网络服务器送至您的浏览器并存在计算机硬盘上。我们使用COOKIES是为了让用户可以受益，将主要用于以下用途：

您可以通过浏览器或用户选择机制拒绝或管理COOKIES，具体请查阅您的浏览器附带的文件以获得更多这方面的信息。但请您注意，如果您停用或清除COOKIES，我们有可能无法为您提供最佳的服务体验，某些依赖于COOKIES的服务也可能无法正常使用。

四、我们可能分享、转让或披露的信息

（一）分享

未经您同意，我们不会与任何第三方分享您的信息，除非是该等信息经处理后的无法识别或关联到您的身份，且第三方无法重新识别此类信息的信息主体。

我们仅会出于合法、正当、必要、特定、明确的目的共享您的个人信息，并且只会共享必要的个人信息。如果我们共享您的个人敏感信息，我们会将再次征求您的授权同意。如果第三方改变或超越您原授权同意范围使用您的个人信息，则我们会要求第三方再次征得您的授权同意。

在与所有的第三方合作前，我们会严格要求合作伙伴履行必要的个人信息保护义务与责任，并签署关于数据安全的保护协议。

在法律法规允许的范围内，为了遵守法律、维护我们及我们的关联方或合作伙伴、您或其他古德温体育用户或社会公众利益、财产或安全免遭损害，比如为防止欺诈等违法活动和减少信用风险，我们可能与政府机构和其他组织交换信息。不过，这并不包括违反《隐私政策》中所作的承诺而为获利目的出售、出租、共享或以其它方式披露用户个人信息。

1. 为实现我们的服务/功能所必需进行的共享

如"二、我们如何收集和使用您的个人信息"所述，为了完成实名认证流程，核验您的身份真实性，我们会将收集的个人身份信息与合法的、有资质的合作方服务商共享。另外，为帮助您找回账号、修改手机号或注销古德温体育账号，且防止不法分子利用该等功能侵害您的权益，我们会将收集的手机号与合法的、有资质的合作方服务商共享，用于进一步核验您的身份真实性。

2. 与部分业务合作伙伴的必要共享

您理解并同意，为了必要/合理的业务开展、满足您的要求、履行我们在相关用户协议或《隐私政策》中的义务和行使我们的权利或遵守法律规定等目的，我们可能需要向部分业务合作伙伴共享您的部分信息。我们的业务合作伙伴包括：

（1）提供营销服务（包括广告投放、市场营销）的合作伙伴

为向您提供各类精彩内容及商业性信息的展示与通知，我们可能会与提供该服务的指定合作伙伴共享您的去标识化的 设备信息 ，为了您的信息安全，我们目前仅与已签署严格数据安全保密协议的合作伙伴进行合作。

（2）委托我们进行信息推广和广告投放的合作伙伴

您授权我们有权与委托我们进行信息推广和广告投放的合作伙伴共享您的去标识化的设备信息，我们使用包括您在内的用户相关信息的集合形成的无法识别您或其他用户个人身份的间接用户画像、去标识化或匿名化处理后的分析/统计类信息，以帮助我们的合作伙伴在不识别用户身份的前提下进行广告或决策建议、提高广告有效触达率、衡量广告和相关服务的有效性。

接入古德温体育的第三方SDK或其他应用程序将直接收集、处理您的个人信息，具体收集范围、使用目的，请详见"八、第三方服务"。

（二）转让

我们不会将您的个人信息转让给任何公司、组织和个人，但以下情况除外：

1. 事先获得您的明确同意或授权；
2. 根据适用的法律法规、法律程序的要求、强制性的行政或司法要求；
3. 在涉及合并、收购、资产转让或类似的交易时，如涉及到个人信息转让，我们会要求新的持有您个人信息的公司、组织继续受《隐私政策》的约束，否则，我们将要求该公司、组织重新向您征求授权同意；
4. 规定于本条之"（四）共享、转让、披露信息时事先征得授权同意的例外"的其他情形。

（三）披露

我们仅会在以下情况下，且采取符合业界标准的安全防护措施的前提下，才会披露您的信息：

1. 根据您的需求，在您明确同意的披露方式下披露您所指定的信息；
2. 对违规账号、欺诈行为等进行处罚公告，例如，若您或您使用的古德温体育账号上传非法内容，或实施其他严重违反我们平台规则、法律法规规定的行为，我们可能会披露您的账号信息与处罚情况。
3. 当您进入聊天室功能，您的头像、昵称将会在聊天室界面展示。古德温体育会员年卡用户可以通过古德温体育APP"比赛详情-聊天tab-设置-隐私模式"功能关闭昵称显示。
4. 当您授权第三方游戏收集您的个人信息后，您的头像、昵称将会在游戏及相关功能中展示。
5. 根据法律、法规的要求、强制性的行政执法或司法要求所必须提供您信息的情况下，我们可能会依据所要求的信息类型和披露方式披露您的信息。在符合法律法规的前提下，当我们收到上述披露信息的请求时，我们会要求接收方必须出具与之相应的法律文件，如调查令或协查函。 我们坚信，对于要求我们提供的信息，应该在法律允许的范围内尽可能保持透明。我们对所有的请求都进行了慎重的审查，以确保其具备合法依据，且仅限于行政或司法部门因特定调查目的且有合法权利获取的数据。

（四）共享、转让、披露信息时事先征得授权同意的例外

1. 以下情形中，共享、转让、披露您的信息无需事先征得您的授权同意：

1. 与国家安全、国防安全有关的；
2. 与公共安全、公共卫生、重大公共利益有关的；
3. 与犯罪侦查、起诉、审判和判决执行等有关的；
4. 出于维护您或其他个人的生命、财产等重大合法权益但又很难得到本人同意的；
5. 您自行向社会公众公开的信息；
6. 从合法公开披露的信息中收集信息的，如合法的新闻报道、政府信息公开等渠道。

2. 根据法律规定，共享、转让经去标识化处理的信息，且确保数据接收方无法复原并重新识别个人信息主体的，不属于个人信息的对外共享、转让及公开披露行为，对此类数据的保存及处理将无需另行向您通知并征得您的同意。

五、我们如何保留、存储信息

（一）保存期限

我们仅在《隐私政策》所述目的所必需且最短的期间内，或法律法规要求的时限内保留您的信息。例如，当您使用我们的注册功能时，我们需要收集您的实名手机号码，且在您提供后并在您使用该功能期间，我们需要持续为您保留您的手机号码，以向您正常提供该功能、保障您的账号和系统安全。在超出上述存储期限后，或在您行使个人信息删除权、注销账号的情况下，我们会对您的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理。

但在下列情况下，我们有可能因需符合法律要求，调整个人信息的存储时间：

1. 为遵守适用的法律法规等有关规定（例如：《电子商务法》规定：商品和服务信息、交易信息保存时间自交易完成之日起不少于三年）；
2. 为遵守法院判决、裁定或其他法律程序的规定；
3. 为遵守相关政府机关或法定授权组织的要求，例如，出于确保信息安全、维护与净化网络生态等目的，我们将会对违反古德温体育的用户服务协议，以及社区、论坛规范等平台公开规则，且因此被限制功能的账号的有关个人信息（账号基本信息、个人身份信息）进行长期存储，用于限制该信息的重新注册、手机号绑定或实名认证；
4. 为维护社会公共利益，为保护我们的用户、我们或我们的关联公司、其他用户或雇员的人身财产安全或其他合法权益所合理必需的用途。

（二）停止运营

如我们停止运营古德温体育产品或服务，我们将及时停止继续收集您个人信息的活动，将停止运营的通知以推送通知或公告的形式通知您，并在合理的期间内对所持有的个人信息进行删除或匿名化处理。

（三）境内存储

我们在中华人民共和国境内运营中收集和产生的信息，存储在中国境内，以下情形除外：

1. 法律法规有明确规定；
2. 获得您单独的授权同意；
3. 您使用的产品、服务涉及跨境，我们需要向境外提供您的信息的。

针对以上情形，我们会确保依据《隐私政策》及国家法律法规要求对您的个人信息提供足够的保护，且严格要求接收方按照《隐私政策》以及法律法规相关要求来处理您的个人信息。

六、我们如何保护信息安全

我们非常重视个人信息安全，成立了专门的安全团队，并采取一切合理可行的措施，保护您的信息。

（一）数据安全技术措施

我们会采用符合业界标准的安全防护措施，包括建立合理的制度规范、安全技术来防止您的信息遭到未经授权的访问使用、修改，避免数据的损坏或丢失。网络服务采取了多种加密技术。在信息使用时，例如信息展示、信息关联计算，我们会采用多种数据脱敏技术增强信息在使用中安全性。采用严格的数据访问权限控制和多重身份认证技术保护信息，避免数据被违规使用。

（二）个人信息保护管理措施

我们设立了个人信息保护专职部门，并通过建立数据分类分级制度、数据安全管理规范、数据安全开发规范来管理规范信息的存储和使用。

我们通过信息接触者保密协议、监控和审计机制来对数据进行全面安全控制。

我们还会举办安全和隐私保护培训课程，加强员工对于保护信息重要性的认识。

（三）保密措施

我们仅允许有必要知晓这些信息的员工访问您的信息，并为此设置了严格的访问权限控制和监控机制。我们同时要求可能接触到您的个人信息的所有人员履行相应的保密义务。如果未能履行这些义务，可能会被追究法律责任或被中止与古德温体育的合作关系。

（四）安全事件处置

为应对信息泄露、损毁和丢失等可能出现的风险，我们制定了多项制度，明确安全事件、安全漏洞的分类分级标准及相应的处理流程。我们也为安全事件建立了专门的应急响应团队，按照安全事件处置规范要求，针对不同安全事件启动安全预案，进行止损、分析、定位、制定补救措施、联合相关部门进行溯源和打击。

（五）安全事件的报告与通知义务

一旦不幸发生信息安全事件，我们将按照法律法规的要求，及时向您告知：安全事件的基本情况和可能的影响、我们已采取或将要采取的处置措施、您可自主防范和降低风险的建议、对您的补救措施等。我们同时将及时将事件相关情况以邮件、信函、电话、推送通知等方式告知您，难以逐一告知信息主体时，我们会采取合理、有效的方式发布公告。同时，我们还将按照监管部门要求，主动上报信息安全事件的处置情况。

（六）信息安全保护的边界

请您理解，由于技术的限制以及风险防范的局限，即便我们已经尽量加强安全措施，也无法始终保证信息百分之百的安全。您需要了解，您接入古德温体育所用的系统和通讯网络，有可能因我们可控范围外的情况而发生问题。

互联网并非绝对安全的环境，而且电子邮件、即时通讯、社交软件或其他服务软件等与其他用户的交流方式无法确定是否完全加密，我们建议您使用此类工具时请使用复杂密码，并注意保护您的信息安全。同时，我们将尽力确保或担保您发送给我们的任何信息的安全性。

此外，我们对您的个人信息进行安全保障，并不排除您对本人个人信息的保护义务。您有责任妥善保管您的账号信息，因您自身的原因导致账号或密码泄漏，进而造成的相关个人信息的泄露、篡改、删除等后果，您将对此承担责任。

七、您对个人信息享有的权利

您可以在使用我们服务的过程中，访问、修改和注销您提供的账号信息和其他个人信息，如有疑问，也可以通过客服与我们联系。通过联系客服人员，查询、更新、提供或者注销个人信息。 在您的古德温体育账号注销之后，我们将停止为您提供古德温体育服务，并依据您的要求，删除您的个人信息或做匿名化处理，但法律法规另有规定的除外。

（一）个人信息查询、更新/更正和删除

我们鼓励您更新/更正您的个人信息，以使其更准确有效。您能通过古德温体育访问您的信息，并根据对应信息的管理方式自行完成或要求我们进行修改、补充和删除。我们将采取适当的技术手段或提供提交申请的联系渠道，尽可能保证您可以查询、更新/更正您的个人信息或使用古德温体育时提供的其他信息。如您想查询、修改或删除您的部分信息，请登录古德温体育进行相关操作，或者通过《隐私政策》中载明的联系方式联系我们进行处理。

具体，您可以在我们产品中查询、更新/更正、删除您的以下个人信息：

1. 您的个人账号信息（头像、昵称）、账号绑定的手机号、电子邮箱、账号绑定的第三方账号（微信、QQ）等。在古德温体育APP中，您可以通过路径："我的-设置-头像/昵称/账号与安全"查询，并对部分前述信息更新、更正、删除或解除、调整第三方账号绑定。
2. 您的使用历史信息，包括但不限于：您的浏览历史，支持/关注/被关注，应用内消费记录。在古德温体育APP中，您可以通过路径："我的-足迹"/"我的-关注"/"我的-粉丝"/"我的-记录"等查询相应使用信息，并自助对部分前述信息（关注、被关注、浏览历史）进行删除（ 应用内消费记录无法删除 ）。

在查询、更新/更正和删除账号绑定的手机号时，我们可能会要求您进行实名认证，以保障您的账号信息安全（具体详见"二、我们如何收集和使用您的个人信息"）。对于通过COOKIES或同类技术收集的您的信息，我们还在《隐私政策》第三条"我们如何使用COOKIES或同类技术"部分说明了向您提供的选择机制。

（二）个人信息副本获取

如您需要您的个人信息的副本，您可以通过《隐私政策》第十一条"如何联系我们"中提供的方式联系我们，在核实您的身份后，我们将向您提供您在我们的服务中的个人信息副本（包括您的身份信息、账号信息、订单信息和使用历史信息），但法律法规另有规定或《隐私政策》另有约定的除外。

（三）改变您授权同意的范围

您总是可以选择是否披露信息。有些信息是使用我们的产品/服务所必需的，但大多数其他信息的提供是由您决定的。您可以通过删除信息、关闭设备功能等方式改变您授权我们继续收集信息的范围或撤回您的授权。

您可以在设备本身的操作系统中关闭位置、相机、麦克风、相册读、写权限/存储权限，改变您同意授权的范围或撤回您的授权。您撤回授权后，我们将不再收集与这些权限相关信息。但 当您撤回有关授权后，我们无法继续为您提供这些授权所对应的服务，也不再处理您相应的信息。但您撤回授权的决定，不会影响此前基于您的授权而开展的信息处理。

（四）注销账号

您可以通过古德温体育APP中"我-设置-账号与安全-账号注销"这一路径，在满足账号注销的条件下申请注销账号；我们会在收到您的注销申请并验证您的用户身份后七个工作日内尽快为您处理。账号注销后，除法律明确规定必须由我们保留的个人信息，或依据本《隐私政策》的约定，出于平台网络生态维护目的而留存的个人信息外，您的个人信息将会从古德温体育平台移除。

八、第三方服务

如前文所述，我们的产品/服务中，部分的功能是由各类第三方服务提供商提供。为了提供这些功能，该等第三方需要直接或通过古德温体育平台间接向用户获取有关的个人信息并加以处理。因此，有关该等第三方处理个人信息的规则，以该等第三方的服务条款与隐私政策文件（非本《隐私政策》）为准。本《隐私政策》仅适用于我们所收集、保存、使用、共享、披露信息，并不适用于任何第三方提供的服务或第三方的信息使用规则。

九、未成年人个人信息保护条款

（一）若您是未成年人

若您是未成年人，在使用我们的产品/服务前，应在您的家长或法定监护人（以下统称"监护人"）同意和指导下共同阅读并确认 《隐私政策》 以及 《未成年人隐私保护协议》 。

对于经监护人同意使用我们的产品/服务的未成年人，若其不满十四周岁，则该等个人信息属于儿童个人信息。我们原则上不会处理该等未成年人的个人信息除非在法律法规允许，监护人明确、单独同意或者保护未成年人所必要的情况下。

（二）若您是未成年人的监护人

我们建议： 任何未成年人参加网上活动应事先取得监护人的同意 。我们鼓励监护人指导未成年人使用古德温体育平台。

我们根据国家相关法律法规的规定保护未成年人的个人信息，只会在法律允许、监护人明确、单独同意或保护未成年人所必要的情况下收集、使用、存储、共享、转让或披露未成年人的个人信息；如果我们发现或被告知，在未事先获得可证实的监护人同意的情况下收集了未成年人的个人信息，则会设法尽快删除相关信息。

当您对您所监护的未成年人的个人信息有相关疑问时，请通过《隐私政策》公示的联系方式与我们联系。

（三）我们针对未成年人个人信息保护的具体措施

为保护未成年人个人信息的安全，并提供更加丰富、多元的优质内容，我们开发了"青少年模式"。在该模式下，我们将挖掘更多的适合未成年人浏览的优质内容，为监护人提供更丰富的管理手段，并建立严格的未成年人个人信息收集、使用规则，确保个人信息收集、使用在最小限度与范围内。

1. 如果您的孩子是未满十四周岁的儿童， 他/她使用古德温体育的普通模式，需要经过您的同意； 如果您不同意他/她使用古德温体育的普通模式，请您为他/她设置"青少年模式"。
2. 如果您的孩子是已满十四周岁不满十八周岁的未成年人，请您根据自主需要，选择是否为您的孩子设置"青少年模式"。

十、通知和修订

（一）我们可能适时修改《隐私政策》的条款，该等修改构成《隐私政策》的一部分。我们会在我们的产品/服务内公布《隐私政策》的更新版本，或以其他适当方式提醒您相关内容的更新。

（二）我们可能在必需时（例如当我们由于系统维护而暂停某一项服务时）发出与提供服务有关的公告。您可能无法取消这些与提供服务有关、性质不属于推广的公告。

您可以在我们的产品/服务中查阅《隐私政策》及其他相关协议的最新版本。您有权不接受修改后的《隐私政策》，但可能会导致您需要停止使用我们的产品/服务。

（三）特别声明

《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百九十六条第二款规定：采用格式条款订立合同的，提供格式条款的一方应当遵循公平原则确定当事人之间的权利和义务，并采取合理的方式提示对方注意免除或者减轻其责任等与对方有重大利害关系的条款，按照对方的要求，对该条款予以说明。提供格式条款的一方未履行提示或者说明义务，致使对方没有注意或者理解与其有重大利害关系的条款的，对方可以主张该条款不成为合同的内容。

有鉴于此，我们依法作出特别声明如下：

古德温体育采取合理的方式提请您注意的义务将通过如下方式实现： 在《隐私政策》中以明确的、足以引起您注意的加重字体、斜体、下划线、颜色标记等合理方式提醒用户注意相关条款（需要强调的是，您应特别注意任何未明确标记但含有"不承担"、"免责"、"不得"等形式用语的条款），请您在确认同意《隐私政策》之前再次阅读上述条款。您确认，上述条款不属于《民法典》第四百九十六条规定的"免除或者减轻其责任等"的条款。

I. Definitions

(1) Our Products/Services: including but not limited to the GoodWin Sports website, iOS, Android, and HarmonyOS mobile applications (hereinafter referred to as the "GoodWin Sports APP"), WeChat mini program, and official account. We provide various free or paid services based on the above platforms, as well as other services related to the above platforms (such as in-platform advertising services and the "third-party services" mentioned in Article VIII of the Privacy Policy).

(2) Personal Information: refers to various information related to an identified or identifiable natural person recorded in electronic or other forms, excluding information that has been anonymized. Personal information involved in our products/services includes: personal identity information (real name, ID document type, ID document number); basic account information (mobile phone number, email address, avatar, nickname, linked third-party accounts); personal virtual property information (transaction and consumption records, coins, coupon items, GoodWin Sports membership level, membership duration), as well as, for some users, recipient and contact information (recipient name, delivery address, contact phone number).

(3) Sensitive Personal Information: refers to personal information that, once leaked or illegally used, is likely to cause infringement of a natural person's personal dignity or endanger personal or property safety, including biometric identification, religious beliefs, specific identity, medical health, financial accounts, location tracking, and other information, as well as personal information of minors under fourteen years of age. Sensitive personal information involved in our products/services includes: biometric identification information (facial recognition information, collected and used only by third-party service providers offering relevant services; GoodWin Sports itself does not collect, use, or store such information), and financial account information (bank card number, card expiration date, CVV2, mobile phone number reserved with the bank; please note that in GoodWin Sports' payment functions, third-party payment service providers collect and use this personal information, and GoodWin Sports itself does not collect, use, or store it).

(4) SDK, short for Software Development Kit, is a collection of development tools provided by software vendors or platform operators to help developers quickly integrate specific functions or services. It typically includes code libraries, API interfaces, documentation, sample code, debugging tools, and the like, aimed at simplifying the development process so that third-party developers can more efficiently use a particular technology or service in their own applications. Common SDK types include advertising SDKs, data analytics SDKs, third-party social platform login SDKs, payment SDKs, security SDKs, and location SDKs.

(5) Network Information: basic information reflecting the network services on which your use of our products/services depends, including WLAN access points, base stations, IP addresses, network access methods, network quality data, mobile network operator information, and the like.

(6) Device Information: software and hardware parameter information of the device you use to access our products/services, including hardware model, device MAC address, operating system type, browser type, software list, device sensor data (accelerometer), and unique device identifiers (such as Android ID/IMEI/IDFA and other information describing the basic circumstances of a person's commonly used device). The above device information cannot be used alone to identify you. If we combine the above information with other information to identify you, or combine it with personal information for use, then during the period of combined use, the above information will be regarded as personal information. Except with your authorization or as otherwise required by laws and regulations, we will de-identify the above device information we collect and use to ensure it is not directly associated with your real identity.

(7) Location Information: information reflecting the location of a device, including precise location information obtained through GPS information, WLAN access points, Bluetooth, and base stations, and approximate location information obtained through other network information (such as IP addresses). Our products/services do not directly collect your location tracking information, nor do we use the above location information in combination to form your location tracking information.

(8) Minors: natural persons under eighteen years of age. Minors aged sixteen or above who rely primarily on their own labor income as their main source of livelihood are regarded as persons with full civil capacity.

(9) Children: refers to minors under fourteen years of age.

II. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information

(1) Circumstances in Which You Must Authorize Us to Collect and Use Your Personal Information

Our products/services include certain core functions, including platform registration and login and account management, information browsing (match information, data, and other information), information publishing (community, expert accounts, interactive schedules), interactive communication (chat rooms), in-app consumption, as well as functions necessary to improve our products and/or services and functions necessary to safeguard transaction security. To achieve the above functions, we will, based on your authorized consent, collect and use certain of your personal information. If you refuse to provide relevant personal information or authorize us to obtain relevant personal information, you may be unable to use certain product and/or service functions. These functions include:

1. Registration

If you wish to use our products/services, you first need to register a GoodWin Sports account. When registering, you need to provide us with the following registration information: your mobile phone number and the GoodWin Sports account password you intend to set. After registration is complete, your account nickname will be empty by default. You may supplement or modify your avatar, account nickname, mobile phone number, and email address. This information constitutes your account information. Registering a GoodWin Sports account and providing the above information will help us provide you with a complete product experience. However, if you do not register an account, this will not affect your use of GoodWin Sports' basic functions (scores, information, and data browsing). In addition, when you upload or change your avatar, we will request your camera permission and album read/write or storage permission, and collect the images you upload or change.

If you complete GoodWin Sports registration through your personal WeChat account or QQ account, the platform will redirect to the relevant page and request your authorization confirmation for third-party SDKs integrated in our products/services to collect and use your relevant personal information. For details, please see "VIII. Third-Party Services." At the same time, you authorize us to obtain relevant information under the third-party account you use to log in (such as nickname and avatar, subject to the authorization content you provide to that third party) for binding with your GoodWin Sports account, so that you can directly log in and use our products/services.

2. Real-Name Authentication

In accordance with relevant national laws and regulations, as the operator of the GoodWin Sports platform, we have the obligation to implement account real-name registration and statutory requirements for network information content management and ecological governance, for example:

1. Article 24 of the Cybersecurity Law of the People's Republic of China: When network operators handle network access, domain name registration services, fixed telephone, mobile telephone, or other network connection procedures for users, or provide users with information publishing, instant messaging, and other services, they shall, when signing agreements with users or confirming the provision of services, require users to provide true identity information. Network operators may not provide relevant services to users who do not provide true identity information.
2. Article 9 of the Provisions on the Administration of Internet User Account Information: Internet information service providers that provide information publishing, instant messaging, and other services to Internet users shall conduct real identity information authentication based on mobile phone numbers, ID document numbers, or unified social credit codes for users applying to register relevant account information. Relevant services may not be provided to users who do not provide true identity information or who falsely register by impersonating organizations or others' identity information.
3. Article 8 of the Provisions on the Administration of Internet User Public Account Information Services: Public account information service platforms shall adopt composite verification and other measures to conduct real identity information authentication based on mobile phone numbers, resident ID card numbers, or unified social credit codes for Internet users applying to register public accounts, and improve authentication accuracy. Relevant services may not be provided to users who do not provide true identity information or who falsely register by impersonating organizations or others' true identity information.
4. Article 8 of the Provisions on the Administration of Internet Forum Community Services: Internet forum community service providers shall, in accordance with the principle of "real-name in the backend, voluntary in the frontend," require users to register accounts after passing real identity information authentication, and implement real identity information filing and regular verification for section initiators and administrators. Internet forum community service providers may not provide information publishing services to users who do not provide true identity information.

Therefore, before you use the following specific functions, you need to complete real-name authentication:

1. Commenting on information or replying to others' comments below information;
2. Commenting on posts or replying to others' comments in the community;
3. Interacting with other users through chat rooms;
4. Publishing information and prediction plans through community/expert accounts/interactive schedules;
5. Purchasing personal virtual property through our platform to redeem in-platform products or services;
6. Supporting authors who provide prediction plans in the community/expert accounts;
7. Other functions, products, or scenarios that require real-name obligations under law.

Before you use the aforesaid specific functions for the first time, you need to provide your personal identity information and real-name mobile phone number as prompted by the system. Your input will be deemed your consent for us to provide, query, and verify the authenticity of your identity to lawful and qualified relevant institutions (such as personal credit reporting institutions and government agencies) on our own or through entrustment to third parties. If you do not provide personal identity information, we will not be able to provide you with the above functions.

3. Information Browsing

You can accurately find the information you need through the search box. We will retain your search history to facilitate repeated input or to display information or services related to your search content. When you use the search function, you may choose to access the most recent copied information on your device's "clipboard" to quickly enter the content you need in the search bar. Please rest assured that we will only display the most recent copied information on your clipboard and will not collect other information on your "clipboard."

4. Information Publishing

(1) When you publish content, comment, or reply through community, expert accounts, interactive schedules, and information comment functions, we will collect the content you publish and display your nickname, avatar, published content, and publication time.

(2) When you publish images or audio in the above functions, we will request your authorization for camera permission, album read/write or storage permission, and microphone permission in the form of a pop-up, so that we can obtain the images and audio/video you wish to publish. If you refuse to authorize the relevant permissions, you will be unable to use the information publishing function, but this will not affect your normal use of other GoodWin Sports functions.

5. Interactive Communication

When you participate in interactive communication through chat rooms and interactive schedules, we will collect the information you publish and display your nickname, avatar, published content, and membership level.

6. In-App Consumption

(1) Placing Orders

When you are ready to purchase specific virtual property (GoodWin Sportscoins, coins, membership) through GoodWin Sports, the GoodWin Sports system will generate an order pop-up for your purchase of the relevant virtual property. The pop-up will specify the type, amount payable, and available payment methods.

All of the above information constitutes your "order information." We will combine your personal identity information and your order information to provide you with identity verification, transaction confirmation, payment settlement, order inquiry, and other services, as well as customer service consultation and after-sales services. We will also use your order information to determine whether your transaction is abnormal to protect your transaction security.

(2) Payment

[For Android Users] After you place an order, you may choose payment services provided by third-party payment institutions cooperating with GoodWin Sports, "Alipay" or "YeePay." If you choose to use "Alipay," its payment function itself does not collect your personal information, but we need to share your GoodWin Sports order number and transaction amount with the Alipay platform to enable it to confirm your payment instruction and complete payment. If you choose to use "YeePay," you need to provide your financial account information (including bank card number, card expiration date, CVV2, and mobile phone number reserved with the bank) to the YeePay platform on its interface yourself. GoodWin Sports does not collect this information.

[For iOS Users] In the GoodWin Sports client on iOS, you must use the IAP payment mechanism (In-App Purchase) to purchase products or services. You should operate using your commonly used Apple ID on your personal iOS device to ensure transaction security. We will collect your transaction receipt and payment receipt for IAP payments to confirm transaction status and resolve after-sales disputes. Please note that virtual assets such as GoodWin Sportscoins, coins, coupon items, and membership on iOS and other system types of devices are calculated independently and are not interchangeable. Virtual assets you purchase by logging into the GoodWin Sports client on an iOS device can only be used on iOS devices.

[For HarmonyOS Users] After you place an order, you may choose payment services provided by third-party payment institutions cooperating with GoodWin Sports, "Alipay" or "YeePay." If you choose to use "Alipay," its payment function itself does not collect your personal information, but we need to share your GoodWin Sports order number and transaction amount with the Alipay platform to enable it to confirm your payment instruction and complete payment. If you choose to use "YeePay," you need to provide your financial account information (including bank card number, card expiration date, CVV2, and mobile phone number reserved with the bank) to the YeePay platform on its interface yourself. GoodWin Sports does not collect this information.

(3) Product Delivery

After you place an order and choose to complete payment online, we will deliver the order. You acknowledge and agree that we will use your order information in the above process to ensure that your purchased virtual property can be safely delivered.

(4) Physical Reward Distribution

When you receive physical rewards in GoodWin Sports products and services and decide to receive them by mail, you need to provide the recipient's name, delivery address, and contact phone number. For certain special types of goods or services, you also need to provide other information necessary for such goods or services. We collect this information to help you successfully claim prizes and achieve other expressly stated purposes.

To provide you with progress inquiry and dispute resolution services, we need to promptly learn of and confirm delivery progress and status. You agree that we may collect information related to delivery progress from logistics service providers (including courier companies and other third parties participating in delivery of goods/services).

You may designate another person to receive physical prizes provided by GoodWin Sportson your behalf, but you need to provide the aforesaid personal information of the actual recipient and ensure that you have communicated with and obtained consent from the actual recipient.

To facilitate your understanding, inquiry, and management of address information, we will collect address information generated during your use of our services for display to you. You may view and manage your address information through "In-site Message - My Addresses."

(5) Customer Service and After-Sales

Our telephone/online customer service will use your account information and order information during service and after-sales processes.

To ensure your account security, our telephone and online customer service will use your account information to verify your identity. When you need us to provide pre-sales consultation or customer service and after-sales services related to your order information, we will query your access records or order information. You may provide other information beyond the above when communicating with our customer service personnel.

When you contact us, we may save your communication/call records and content, or contact information and related information you leave, in order to contact you or help you resolve problems, or record the handling plan and results of relevant issues.

7. Notifications and Messages Required for Our Products/Services

We may, when necessary (for example, when we suspend a particular service due to system maintenance, or change or terminate provision of a particular service), send you notifications related to services. We may also push content and other notifications through mobile device systems. We cooperate with the following third-party platforms for push notification and information functions:

1. Umeng and Bugly are mainly used for statistics and error log collection, helping users diagnose and resolve issues when the app crashes.
2. JPush (Aurora Push) is mainly used for push services, providing basic assistance for notification services required by users for the product itself.

For the content, scope, and purposes of third-party services cooperating with GoodWin Sports in collecting and using your personal information, please see "VIII. Third-Party Services" for details.

If you do not wish to continue receiving notifications or messages pushed by us, you may stop authorizing us for relevant push functions through "My - Settings - Notification Settings" in the GoodWin Sports APP.

8. Recommended Advertising Display

To achieve precise push and optimized display of advertising content, we will collect your device information, log information, and network information, as well as certain information about you on third-party platforms that we indirectly obtain through our third-party partners, to extract your preference characteristics and match corresponding commercial advertisements for you. In the process of recommending advertisements to you, we strive to use advanced technology to properly protect your personal information. We will use de-identification technology and intelligent algorithms based on machine learning and model prediction to ensure that your personal identity does not need to be identified throughout the advertising recommendation process. Our advertising partners can only view advertising effectiveness-related information and cannot identify your identity. In the GoodWin Sports APP, you may turn off recommended advertising push through "My - Settings - Recommended Advertising Display."

9. Providing Security Safeguards for You

To improve the security of services provided by our company and partners, protect you or other users or the public from infringement of personal and property safety, better prevent phishing websites, fraud, network vulnerabilities, computer viruses, network attacks, network intrusions, and other security risks, and more accurately identify violations of laws and regulations or GoodWin Sports-related agreement rules, we may use or integrate your device information and network information that we collect to comprehensively assess your account security and transaction risks, conduct identity verification, detect and prevent security incidents, and take necessary recording, auditing, analysis, and handling measures in accordance with law.

10. Improving Our Services

If you provide feedback to us about problems encountered while using GoodWin Sports, with your consent, we may collect "recent error logs" from your device information and request album read/write or storage permission from you to obtain screenshot information. We will identify product issues through your feedback and improve and optimize GoodWin Sports.

To ensure stable operation of the software and services, more accurately locate and resolve problems you encounter while using the software, improve and optimize the software service experience, and safeguard your account security, we will collect your hardware model, operating system version number, device serial number, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI), device application installation list, SD card data, clipboard, and independent device identifiers (Android ID/IDFA/OpenUDID/GUID/OAID).

To implement the splash screen advertisement shake function, we will collect your device sensor data (accelerometer).

11. Account Recovery and Mobile Phone Number Modification

If you need to recover a GoodWin Sports account you previously used, with your consent, we will use your real-name mobile phone number and facial recognition information to verify your identity with lawful and qualified partner service providers. During this process, we will collect facial recognition verification results but will not collect or store your facial recognition information. If you need to modify the mobile phone number bound to your GoodWin Sports account, with your consent, we will collect your mobile phone number information (including the original mobile phone number bound to the account and the new mobile phone number to be modified) to verify your identity with partner service providers. If the original mobile phone number bound to your account is currently unavailable, to prevent unlawful persons from using this function to steal your account, with your consent, we will use your facial recognition information to verify your identity with partner service providers. During this process, we will collect facial recognition verification results but will not collect or store your facial recognition information.

12. Account Cancellation

If you need to cancel your GoodWin Sports account, you may do so through "My - Settings - Account & Security - Account Cancellation" in the GoodWin Sports APP. For the cancellation process, operation instructions, and risk notices, please see the Account Cancellation Risk Notice in the account cancellation process. To prevent unlawful persons from using this function to harm your rights and interests, with your consent, we will use your personal identity information and facial recognition information to verify your identity with partner service providers. During this process, we will collect facial recognition verification results but will not collect or store your facial recognition information.

13. Other Purposes

Please note that if we intend to use your personal information for other purposes not specified in the Privacy Policy or additionally collect other personal information of yours not mentioned in the Privacy Policy, we will explain to you in detail the rules for collection and use purposes, methods, scope, and the like of the corresponding information in a reasonable manner (including but not limited to by updating the Privacy Policy, re-signing documents, page prompts, pop-ups, in-site messages, emails, website announcements, or other means convenient for you to learn). We will collect and use such information after obtaining your authorized consent. Once you agree, such additional purposes will be deemed part of the Privacy Policy, and the protection rules for such additional personal information will also apply to the Privacy Policy.

If you refuse to provide relevant personal information or authorize us to obtain relevant personal information, you may be unable to use the above functions of our products/services and can only use the platform's "Guest Mode," meaning you can only access certain publicly available match information. If you wish to use the full platform functions described above, you may authorize us to process your personal information through the page prompts in "Guest Mode."

(2) Circumstances in Which You May Voluntarily Provide Device Permissions

To enhance your user experience, we may collect and use your personal information based on relevant permissions of the mobile device operating system you authorize. If you do not provide relevant authorization, you may still use information browsing services, but you will be unable to use certain information publishing and interactive communication services.

7. The system will allow the program to obtain current WIFI access status and WLAN hotspot information by default (Purpose: detecting wireless network operating environment to ensure users can normally use all GoodWin Sports functions under wireless networks)

2. For Users of iOS Systems

When you use GoodWin Sports, this software may obtain the following permissions on your terminal device:

3. We need your consent to use notification permission (Purpose: normally receiving GoodWin Sports push notifications for match information, news, and other content)
4. The system will allow GoodWin Sports to obtain device system time by default (Purpose: synchronizing with GoodWin Sports server time to improve data accuracy)
5. If your iOS system version is 10.0 or above, we need your consent to obtain network information permission; if your iOS system version is below 10.0, the system will allow GoodWin Sports to obtain network information permission by default (Purpose: detecting network status operating environment, such as confirming whether the current network connection is valid, to ensure all GoodWin Sports functions work normally for users)
6. The system will allow GoodWin Sports to continue running background processes after the phone screen is turned off by default (Purpose: keeping GoodWin Sports operating normally when the screen is off; you may turn this off in system settings)

3. For Users of HarmonyOS Systems

1. 8. Where necessary to maintain the safe and stable operation of GoodWin Sports, such as discovering and handling product or service failures;

III. How We Use COOKIES or Similar Technologies

(1) What Are COOKIES or Similar Technologies

COOKIES or similar technologies are widely used technologies on the Internet. When you use GoodWin Sports, we may use relevant technologies to send one or more COOKIES or anonymous identifiers to your device to collect and store information when you access and use our products/services, including your website browsing habits, browsing information, and account information.

(2) Purposes of Using COOKIES or Similar Technologies

Through the use of COOKIES, we provide users with a simple, easy-to-use, and distinctive online experience. (1) Sharing

Without your consent, we will not share your information with any third party, unless such information has been processed so that it cannot identify or be associated with you and the third party cannot re-identify the information subject.

We will share your personal information only for lawful, legitimate, necessary, specific, and explicit purposes, and will share only necessary personal information. If we share your sensitive personal information, we will again seek your authorized consent. If a third party changes or exceeds the scope of your original authorized consent in using your personal information, we will require the third party to again obtain your authorized consent.

Before cooperating with any third party, we strictly require partners to fulfill necessary personal information protection obligations and responsibilities and sign data security protection agreements.

Within the scope permitted by laws and regulations, to comply with laws, safeguard the interests, property, or safety of us and our affiliates or partners, you, other GoodWin Sports users, or the public from harm—for example, to prevent fraudulent and other unlawful activities and reduce credit risk—we may exchange information with government agencies and other organizations. However, this does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing users' personal information for profit in violation of commitments made in the Privacy Policy.

1. Sharing Necessary to Achieve Our Services/Functions

As described in "II. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information," to complete the real-name authentication process and verify the authenticity of your identity, we will share collected personal identity information with lawful and qualified partner service providers. In addition, to help you recover your account, modify your mobile phone number, or cancel your GoodWin Sports account, and to prevent unlawful persons from using these functions to harm your rights and interests, we will share collected mobile phone numbers with lawful and qualified partner service providers to further verify the authenticity of your identity.

2. Necessary Sharing with Certain Business Partners

You understand and agree that for necessary/reasonable business development, to meet your requirements, to fulfill our obligations and exercise our rights under relevant user agreements or the Privacy Policy, or to comply with legal requirements, we may need to share certain of your information with some business partners. Our business partners include:

(1) Partners providing marketing services (including advertising placement and marketing)

To provide you with display and notification of various quality content and commercial information, we may share your de-identified device information with designated partners providing such services. For your information security, we currently cooperate only with partners that have signed strict data security confidentiality agreements.

(2) Partners that entrust us with information promotion and advertising placement

You authorize us to share your de-identified device information with partners that entrust us with information promotion and advertising placement. We use aggregated user-related information including yours to form indirect user profiles that cannot identify you or other users individually, and de-identified or anonymized analysis/statistical information, to help our partners conduct advertising or decision recommendations, improve advertising effective reach rates, and measure the effectiveness of advertising and related services without identifying user identity.

Third-party SDKs or other applications integrated into GoodWin Sports will directly collect and process your personal information. For specific collection scope and use purposes, please see "VIII. Third-Party Services."

(2) Transfer

We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following circumstances:

1. With your prior explicit consent or authorization;
2. As required by applicable laws and regulations, legal procedures, or mandatory administrative or judicial requirements;
3. In the event of merger, acquisition, asset transfer, or similar transactions involving transfer of personal information, we will require the new holder of your personal information to continue to be bound by the Privacy Policy; otherwise, we will require that company or organization to again seek your authorized consent;
4. Other circumstances specified in "(4) Exceptions to Prior Authorization for Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure" of this article.

(3) Disclosure

We will disclose your information only under the following circumstances and with security protection measures that comply with industry standards:

1. At your request, disclosing the information you specify in the disclosure manner to which you have explicitly consented;
2. Issuing penalty announcements for violating accounts, fraudulent conduct, etc. For example, if you or your GoodWin Sports account uploads illegal content or engages in other serious violations of our platform rules or laws and regulations, we may disclose your account information and penalty details.
3. When you enter the chat room function, your avatar and nickname will be displayed in the chat room interface. GoodWin Sports annual membership card users may turn off nickname display through "Match Details - Chat Tab - Settings - Privacy Mode" in the GoodWin Sports APP.
4. After you authorize a third-party game to collect your personal information, your avatar and nickname will be displayed in the game and related functions.
5. Where we must provide your information as required by laws, regulations, mandatory administrative enforcement, or judicial requirements, we may disclose your information according to the required information types and disclosure methods. In compliance with laws and regulations, when we receive the aforesaid disclosure requests, we will require the recipient to provide corresponding legal documents, such as investigation orders or assistance letters. We firmly believe that information requested from us should be as transparent as possible within the scope permitted by law. We carefully review all requests to ensure they have a lawful basis and are limited to data that administrative or judicial departments with lawful authority may obtain for specific investigation purposes.

(4) Exceptions to Prior Authorization for Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure

1. In the following circumstances, sharing, transfer, or disclosure of your information does not require your prior authorization and consent:

1. Related to national security or defense security;
2. Related to public security, public health, or major public interests;
3. Related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial, and execution of judgments;
4. Where necessary to protect your or others' major lawful rights and interests such as life and property but difficult to obtain consent from the person concerned;
5. Information you have disclosed to the public on your own;
6. Information collected from lawfully publicly disclosed information, such as lawful news reports and government information disclosure channels.

2. Under legal provisions, sharing or transferring de-identified information and ensuring that the data recipient cannot restore and re-identify the personal information subject does not constitute external sharing, transfer, or public disclosure of personal information. Storage and processing of such data will not require separate notification to you or your consent.

V. How We Retain and Store Information

(1) Retention Period

We retain your information only for the shortest period necessary for the purposes stated in the Privacy Policy or for the period required by laws and regulations. For example, when you use our registration function, we need to collect your real-name mobile phone number, and after you provide it and during your use of that function, we need to continuously retain your mobile phone number to provide you with that function normally and safeguard your account and system security. After the above storage period expires, or when you exercise your right to delete personal information or cancel your account, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.

However, in the following circumstances, we may adjust the storage period of personal information to comply with legal requirements:

1. To comply with applicable laws and regulations (for example, the E-Commerce Law provides that information on goods and services and transaction information shall be retained for no less than three years from the date of transaction completion);
2. To comply with court judgments, rulings, or other legal procedures;
3. To comply with requirements of relevant government authorities or legally authorized organizations—for example, for purposes of ensuring information security and maintaining and purifying the network ecosystem, we will store relevant personal information (basic account information and personal identity information) of accounts that violate the GoodWin Sports user service agreement and platform public rules such as community and forum standards and have therefore been subject to function restrictions for an extended period, to restrict re-registration, mobile phone number binding, or real-name authentication using such information;
4. To maintain public interests, or to protect our users, us or our affiliates, other users, or employees' personal and property safety or other lawful rights and interests as reasonably necessary.

(2) Cessation of Operations

If we cease operating GoodWin Sports products or services, we will promptly stop continuing to collect your personal information, notify you of the cessation of operations by push notification or announcement, and delete or anonymize the personal information we hold within a reasonable period.

(3) Domestic Storage

Information collected and generated during our operations within the People's Republic of China is stored within China, except in the following circumstances:

1. Where expressly provided by laws and regulations;
2. Where your separate authorized consent is obtained;
3. Where the products or services you use involve cross-border activities and we need to provide your information overseas.

For the above circumstances, we will ensure adequate protection of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and national laws and regulations, and strictly require recipients to process your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and relevant legal requirements.

VI. How We Protect Information Security

We attach great importance to personal information security, have established a dedicated security team, and take all reasonably feasible measures to protect your information.

(1) Data Security Technical Measures

We adopt security protection measures that comply with industry standards, including establishing reasonable institutional norms and security technologies to prevent your information from unauthorized access, use, or modification, and to avoid data damage or loss. Network services employ multiple encryption technologies. When information is used, such as for information display and information association calculation, we adopt multiple data desensitization technologies to enhance information security during use. Strict data access permission controls and multi-factor identity authentication technologies are used to protect information and prevent improper use of data.

(2) Personal Information Protection Management Measures

(5) Reporting and Notification Obligations for Security Incidents

Once an information security incident unfortunately occurs, we will, in accordance with laws and regulations, promptly inform you of: the basic circumstances and possible impact of the security incident, disposal measures we have taken or will take, suggestions for your independent prevention and risk reduction, and remedial measures for you. We will also promptly inform you of relevant incident circumstances by email, letter, telephone, push notification, and other means. You can access your information through GoodWin Sports and complete modification, supplementation, and deletion on your own according to the management method for the corresponding information, or request us to do so. 1. Your personal account information (avatar, nickname), mobile phone number bound to your account, email address, and third-party accounts bound to your account (WeChat, QQ). In the GoodWin Sports APP, you may inquire through "My - Settings - Avatar/Nickname/Account & Security" and update, correct, delete, or unbind/adjust binding of part of the aforesaid information and third-party account binding.
2. Your usage history information, including but not limited to: your browsing history, support/following/followers, and in-app consumption records. In the GoodWin Sports APP, you may inquire about corresponding usage information through "My - Footprints"/"My - Following"/"My - Followers"/"My - Records" and delete part of the aforesaid information (following, followers, browsing history) on your own (in-app consumption records cannot be deleted).

When inquiring about, updating/correcting, and deleting the mobile phone number bound to your account, we may require you to complete real-name authentication to safeguard your account information security (see "II. How We Collect and Use Your Personal Information" for details). For information collected from you through COOKIES or similar technologies, we have also explained the choice mechanisms available to you in Article III "How We Use COOKIES or Similar Technologies" of the Privacy Policy.

(2) Obtaining a Copy of Personal Information

If you need a copy of your personal information, you may contact us through the methods provided in Article XI "How to Contact Us" of the Privacy Policy. After verifying your identity, we will provide you with a copy of your personal information in our services (including your identity information, account information, order information, and usage history information), except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or the Privacy Policy.

(3) Changing the Scope of Your Authorized Consent

You may always choose whether to disclose information. Some information is necessary for using our products/services, but the provision of most other information is up to you. You may turn off location, camera, microphone, and album read/write or storage permissions in your device's operating system to change the scope of your authorized consent or withdraw your authorization. After you withdraw authorization, we will no longer collect information related to these permissions. However, after you withdraw relevant authorization, we cannot continue to provide you with services corresponding to these authorizations and will no longer process your corresponding information. (4) Account Cancellation

You may apply to cancel your account through "Me - Settings - Account & Security - Account Cancellation" in the GoodWin Sports APP, provided that account cancellation conditions are met. We will process your request as soon as possible within seven business days after receiving your cancellation application and verifying your user identity. After account cancellation, except for personal information that we are required by law to retain or personal information retained for platform network ecosystem maintenance purposes as agreed in this Privacy Policy, your personal information will be removed from the GoodWin Sports platform.

IX. Protection of Minors' Personal Information

(1) If You Are a Minor

If you are a minor, before using our products/services, you should read and confirm the Privacy Policy and the Minors' Privacy Protection Agreement together with your parent or legal guardian (hereinafter collectively referred to as "Guardian") with their consent and guidance.

X. Notices and Revisions

(1) We may amend the terms of the Privacy Policy from time to time. Such amendments constitute part of the Privacy Policy. We will publish updated versions of the Privacy Policy within our products/services or remind you of relevant updates in other appropriate ways.
